Oak Aged Pomegranate
Up in the snow-capped mountains, voices draw us downward into the valley. We wander onto these ancient streets where a collision of cultures so intense still reverberates. Every plaza and alleyway filled with unexcepted wonderment, overtaking our senses, we become the curious children of old again. With new legs we run up that mountainous hill where a symphony of gardens, stones, and reflective pools fills the air. It is here the pomegranates dance, their sweet nectar drips into our lips – I remember that sunset as you held my hand. What Lurks in Granada was aged in wine barrels and then transferred onto pomegranates.
