APPETIZERS: Brazilian Chicken Coxinhas (with two salsas of fig and peanuts aji) and Andean Pumpkin Locro, a creamy pumpkin and corn soup with crunchy cheese on top
MAIN DISH: a fusion of Italy and Bolivia, Ossobuco (braised beef shanks) on top of creamy risotto with spices from Bolivia.
DESSERTS: Molten Chocolate Cake and Blackberry Red Velvet Cheesecake
Harry Stuff Brewing is a family owned and operated brewery named after our great-grandfather that tirelessly farmed along with our grandfather in the depths of the “Great Depression”, the real hard way (without much mechanization), just down the road in Wawaka.
