APPETIZERS: Brazilian Chicken Coxinhas (with two salsas of fig and peanuts aji) and Andean Pumpkin Locro, a creamy pumpkin and corn soup with crunchy cheese on top
MAIN DISH: a fusion of Italy and Bolivia, Ossobuco (braised beef shanks) on top of creamy risotto with spices from Bolivia.
DESSERTS: Molten Chocolate Cake and Blackberry Red Velvet Cheesecake
Harry Stuff Brewing is a family owned and operated brewery named after our great-grandfather that tirelessly farmed along with our grandfather in the depths of the “Great Depression”, the real hard way (without much mechanization), just down the road in Wawaka. The brewery opened its doors in 2019 on our small family farm in Noble County, Indiana, which sits adjacent to Mallard Roost Wetland Conservation Area. Learn more about us
