Harry Stuff Brewing is a family owned and operated brewery named after our great-grandfather that tirelessly farmed along with our grandfather in the depths of the “Great Depression”, the real hard way (without much mechanization), just down the road in Wawaka. The brewery opened its doors in 2019 on our small family farm in Noble County, Indiana, which sits adjacent to Mallard Roost Wetland Conservation Area. Our great-uncle Joe purchased this land through trapping after surviving The Battle of the Bulge in World War II. These characters and events remain influential as we aim to produce beers that showcase the wondrous collision of history, agricultural products, and nature.
All our food is made here on the farm from scratch, whether it is our standard menu or the weekly specials, we ferment our pizza dough and press each and every empanada using Chef Luisa’s own recipes.
Our beer is made with natural ingredients only. Water from the farm, yeast, hops, and barley make up the bulk of our ingredients, in addition to real fruits, coffee beans, cacao, and vanilla beans. In a world where it is difficult to find food without artificial ingredients, our philosophy is that you should be able to trust your beer!
